A wonderful weekend Retreat including three days and nights in Paradise. Totally secluded with walks in nature, swimming in the pool or nearby Lake Eacham. A fantastic opportunity to indulge in a lovelylong weekend of rest, relaxation, different styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. All accommodations are fully equipped and have air conditioning, living space, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor verandahs. There is an dedicated yoga space and an outdoor covered deck overlooking the private swimming pool. The delightful bird life and wildlife abounds. PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please read the following carefully before registering for any of our programs.
Payment deadlines
Full payment of the fee is due 30 days prior to the program start date, unless a payment plan has been agreed to.
Withdrawals, cancellations and transfers
I recognise that sometimes unexpected changes in circumstances mean that people are unable to proceed with a program as they had planned.
All withdrawals, cancellations and transfers incur an admin fee. The admin fee partially covers our administration expenses and is non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated the admin fee is $50.
If a program is cancelled by me you will receive a full refund. If a program is rescheduled by me and you cannot make the new date, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel programs and retreats if there are insufficient numbers or other circumstances which necessitate cancellation (ie weather or other unacceptable risks).
Retreats
Should you need to withdraw from a retreat, please advise me as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to someone on the waiting list. Suppliers and caterers must be paid well in advance and it is often difficult to fill retreat places at short notice due to the time commitments involved.
Depending on when you advise me, you may receive a full or partial refund.
Please refer to the schedules below for a full understanding.
For residential retreats, note that the cancellation policy is the same even if you have chosen the non-residential option.
If you are able to find someone to take your place on a residential retreat, I may be able to increase your refund amount. Please speak to me about this option.
The admin fee partially covers our administration expenses, including banking fees and is non-refundable, regardless of when a withdrawal is requested.
